Terms of Service

By accessing and using Photo Glow AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and enhancement of your photos. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Photo Glow AI cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to Photo Glow AI. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us the right to process, store, and enhance your photos as necessary to provide the Service.

We do not use your photos to train our AI models or share them with third parties. Your photos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after processing, unless you delete them earlier.

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To process photos of individuals without their consent

In no event shall Photo Glow AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Photo Glow AI has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from your account settings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
