How do I get started with Photo Glow AI?
Sign up for a free account, upload your photo, and click "Enhance". Our AI will automatically improve your photo in seconds. No technical knowledge required!
What file formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Maximum file size is 10MB for free users and 100MB for Enterprise users.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer three plans: Free (10 images/month), Professional ($19/month for 500 images), and Enterprise ($99/month for unlimited images). All plans include full AI enhancement features.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Billing is disabled in this release. Paid plans remain visible for rollout planning, and enterprise invoicing can be discussed with the sales team.
How long does photo enhancement take?
Most photos are enhanced within 5-15 seconds. Processing time depends on image size and current server load. You'll see a progress bar during processing.
Can I enhance multiple photos at once?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise users can upload and enhance up to 10 photos simultaneously. Free users can enhance one photo at a time.
What happens to my photos after processing?
Your photos are automatically deleted from our servers after processing based on your plan (Free: 7 days, Professional: 90 days, Enterprise: 365 days). You can manually delete them anytime from your dashboard. We never use your photos for AI training.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all photos, and subscription data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3) for data transfer and AES-256 encryption for storage. We're GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
What enhancements does the AI apply?
Our AI applies color correction, sharpening, exposure adjustment, contrast optimization, noise reduction, and intelligent lighting. For portraits, we also optimize skin tones and enhance eyes.
Can I customize the enhancement level?
Currently, our AI automatically determines the optimal enhancement. Custom presets and manual adjustments are coming soon for Pro and Enterprise users.
Can I download my original photo?
Yes! Both the original and enhanced versions are available in your dashboard for 30 days. You can download either at any time.
